Process mechanic (m/f/ o)
Duties and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for setting up tools, for the setup and operational startup of injection molding machines for single and multi-component injection molding as well as of the associated peripheral equipment, and for automation.
The monitoring of processes and the elimination of malfunctions ensure the quality of the manufactured products. You continuously optimize and improve the manufacturing processes, carry out tests, and record the results of the tests for certification purposes. At the end of production series, you restore the initial settings of the machine/line for operation in the clean room and carry out any simple maintenance work that may be required.
You have completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastic and rubber or plastic molds and have good knowledge and skills in injection molding production with several years of professional experience. You work independently, reliably, and in awareness of quality standards. Ability to work under pressure and teamwork are among your strengths. You have pronounced communication skills when handing over the plastics processing you have started to the machine personnel. You have sound knowledge of materials and tools. You have a driver’s license for cars (Class B) so that you are flexible, and you are willing to work in shifts.
