We, the company Primed Halberstadt Medizintechnik GmbH, Strasse des 20. Juli 1 in 38820 Halberstadt, want to inform you pursuant to Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) about the processing of your personal data (hereinafter known simply as “data”).

The provisions of the EU GDPR obligate us to secure the protection of your data during processing. We are happy to meet this obligation.

The protection and security of the data of our customers and users are important to us. We have therefore designed our website and our business processes in such a way that we collect or process as few personal data as possible. If and when there is an opportunity to enter personal or business data (email addresses, names, messages) within the internet site, the disclosure of these data by the user is expressly voluntary.

Purpose of the processing
The processing of your data is necessary for performance of the contracted services.

    • Submitting your contact information to our sales force for the purposes of individual customer care.

Duration of the processing
We process your data only as long as is necessary to perform our contract or in conformity with applicable legal provisions and to maintain our relationship with you.

Business documents are archived for a maximum of 6 and 10 years as required by the German Commercial Code and the German Tax Code.

As long as you do not raise any objection, we will utilise your data to maintain and intensify our business relationship with you in a sp
irit of trust and to our mutual benefit.

If you wish for us to delete your data, we will immediately delete them to the extent that legal retention obligations do not prohibit our doing so.

Data processing at www.primed-halberstadt.de
Whenever you visit the internet platform www.primed-halberstadt.de, the data communicated to primed-halberstadt.de by your browser are automatically stored. Such data include, but are not limited to:
